Beta expectations

Keldura is in free beta. The core workflow is available today, and this page explains what the beta includes, where processing can vary, and how to get help.

What the beta supports

Keldura is built for research libraries made from mixed sources. The most complete workflow supports YouTube playlists and channels, plus local audio and video files, PDFs, Word documents, plain text, images, and websites.

Instagram sources are available where provider access is healthy. Some source platforms can restrict access, throttle requests, or change behavior without notice, so beta availability can vary by source.

Processing expectations

Processing time depends on source size, provider availability, and file type. Small transcripts can finish quickly, while long playlists, large files, scanned documents, or provider retries can take longer.

When progress is available, Keldura shows item-level status in the app. Background jobs may continue after you leave the page, and failed items can usually be retried from the relevant import or folder view.

Free beta limits

Free beta access can change as the service grows. We may adjust feature availability, quotas, provider routing, upload limits, or public-access settings to keep the service reliable.

Some requests can also be affected by provider quotas, rate limits, or source restrictions outside Keldura. If a provider blocks or delays a source, the app will preserve the run state where possible so you can retry later.

  • Large playlists, long files, scanned documents, and provider retries can take longer than small uploads.
  • YouTube, Instagram, website, and Google Drive sources can be affected by upstream provider quotas, rate limits, or access changes.
  • Free beta quotas, feature access, and provider routing can change while we tune reliability and cost.
  • Some advanced workflows, including Telegram bots and API access, may be limited to eligible accounts during beta.

Your data controls

Export folders to ZIP when you need a local copy. You can also delete imported material, remove shared links, revoke public access, and keep your research organized in folders you control.

Support during beta

For bugs, stuck imports, access questions, or feedback, please report an issue. Include the source type, what you expected, what happened, and screenshots when possible. We aim to respond within 24-48 business hours.
