Introduction

Welcome to Keldura. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Keldura, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Keldura provides transcription, translation, summarization, file conversion, content import, folder organization, folder chat, publishing, sharing, analytics, and related AI-assisted services. Eligible users may also connect Telegram bots to selected folders so Telegram chats can ask questions against Keldura content.

You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account, including activities by integrations, Telegram bots, shared links, and published content you configure.

Your Content and Permissions

You are responsible for the URLs, files, recordings, transcripts, prompts, folders, messages, and other content you upload, import, publish, share, or connect to Keldura. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process that content and to permit Keldura and its service providers to use it for the purpose of providing the requested features.

You retain ownership of your content. By using Keldura, you grant Keldura the limited permission needed to host, store, process, transform, index, transmit, display, export, delete, and otherwise operate on your content as required to provide the service.

Telegram Bots

If you create or manage a Telegram bot through Keldura, you are responsible for the bot token, BotFather configuration, selected folders and prompts, allowed Telegram users, group-chat settings, webhook or polling mode, and any Telegram chats where the bot is added. You must not connect a bot or process Telegram messages unless you have the authority to do so.

Telegram bot tokens are submitted to Keldura so the service can operate the bot. Do not paste bot tokens into public places, issue comments, support tickets, or other insecure channels. You are responsible for rotating or revoking a token if it is exposed, if BotFather access changes, or if you no longer want Keldura to operate the bot.

AI Outputs

Keldura uses AI and other automated systems to generate transcripts, translations, summaries, answers, citations, titles, and related outputs. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Keldura to:

• violate laws, regulations, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or platform rules;
• upload, import, publish, share, or process content you are not allowed to use;
• send spam, abuse, malware, deceptive content, or harmful automation through Keldura or connected Telegram bots;
• attempt to bypass access controls, plan limits, rate limits, security protections, or provider restrictions;
• interfere with the service, scrape it at abusive rates, or use it to attack another service.

Public Access, Sharing, and Publishing

Some Keldura features may be available to logged-out users when public access is enabled. You are responsible for reviewing what you make public through share links, published folder sites, exports, or Telegram bot group chats. Anyone with access to a public or shared destination may be able to view, copy, or interact with the content exposed there.

Intellectual Property

The Keldura service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Keldura and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Service Changes and Suspension

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features when needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect users or providers, respond to abuse, handle third-party provider changes, or maintain system reliability. We may remove content, disable public access, stop a Telegram bot, or suspend an account when we believe continued operation would violate these Terms or create risk for Keldura, users, or third parties.

Disclaimers and Liability

Keldura is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service, third-party integrations, AI outputs, imports, exports, Telegram delivery, or generated citations will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keldura and WavelyLabs are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
